Several new Extension center-specific marketing resources have been added to the print and electronic downloads and templates available on the Extension intranet. The new templates and resources include: flyers, brochures, postcards, multi-page Word documents, bookmarks and more.
All the materials were developed in Word or PowerPoint and incorporate Extension's visual identity, wordmark and required statements, so they are easy to use while offering consistent, professionally designed materials across all Extension centers and programs. New materials include several items specific to 4-H and the Center for Food, Agricultural and Natural Resource Sciences. Additional templates will continue to be added as we work with each of the centers to address their program marketing needs. Extension staff should use these templates whenever producing marketing materials in-house. Instructional resources are available on the intranet to assist you in using these Word and PowerPoint templates. Live and online training sessions are also being scheduled to provide staff more in-depth learning opportunities.
Because photos are such an important part of our communications and marketing materials, we have also created an online image gallery of professional photographs that all staff can use when creating marketing materials for Extension. In addition to photos representing the work of Extension, you can also find individual staff photos on the photo image gallery.
As we continue to create and roll out tools and resources that support Extension marketing and communications, we encourage and welcome your feedback. Please share your questions and comments with Aimee Viniard-Weideman or Sarah Bjorkman.
