The University's Regional Sustainable Development Partnerships (RSDP) program is seeking faculty and staff within University of Minnesota to provide expertise for a federally-funded regional development plan for central Minnesota. The Central Minnesota Sustainable Development Plan (CMSDP) is a two-year project designed to kick-start central Minnesota's economy and sustainable housing and transportation.

In partnership with Staples-based Region Five Development Commission, RSDP will tap experts from throughout the University in such areas of transportation, housing and land use, while relying on the guidance and input of residents of Cass, Crow Wing, Morrison, Todd and Wadena counties. For details on faculty and staff opportunities, contact project coordinator Jean Coleman at colem470@umn.edu or (612) 588-4904.
