Detailed information about the upcoming 2012 Federal Benefits Open Season (November 14-December 12) will be sent via email. While you may not be planning to make any changes, we strongly encourage you to review your plan's 2012 brochure to learn of any changes in coverage.
If you wish to enroll in the University dental and/or flexible spending accounts benefits for 2012, you must complete the online form through University benefits enrollment by November 30.

Extension staff with University benefits
Open enrollment for University benefits is November 1-November 30. This is the one time each year when you can make changes to your University health plan coverage.
The University is implementing significant changes that will impact benefits in 2012, including increasing employee premiums and copays, and selecting Medica as our sole medical plan administrator.  These details are not yet final, but will impact your 2012 benefits.  We urge you and your family members to review benefits options for 2012 during the open enrollment period.  The University Employee Benefits department will be communicating with you about changes.

For more information on coverage and rate changes, please view the Open Enrollment web page and stay tuned to Extension enews.
