Fourth Annual Healthy Foods Symposium Will Focus on Minnesota Leaders in Food and Health

University of Minnesota Healthy Foods, Healthy Lives (HFHL) Institute, in collaboration with the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum, will host the fourth annual Healthy Foods Healthy Lives Symposium October 1-2 at TCF Bank Stadium in Minneapolis (Oct. 1), and Minnesota Landscape Arboretum in Chaska (Oct. 2).


This year's symposium and food summit, features the new director of the National Institute for Food and Agriculture (NIFA), Dr. Sonny Ramaswamy, who will discuss his vision for food, agriculture and health research priorities. The event also includes award-winning research led by renowned University food and health experts who will share their research findings and perspectives on issues along the farm-to-fork continuum and food systems and health.
