Jacquie received her B.A. in leadership communication and philosophy & religion from Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, she served two terms in AmeriCorps which led to her interim appointment as BVU's Director of Community Service. She then worked at the University of South Dakota where she directed the service-learning, civic engagement, and undergraduate research programs and activities. She completed her M.S. in interdisciplinary studies: international leadership, service, and sustainability, through a joint degree program with Portland State University and the International Partnership for Service-Learning and Leadership (IPSL).
Outside of work, Jacquie has been a volunteer for nearly 10 years with youth-related organizations and enjoys traveling, biking, hiking, camping,and attending community events.

On July 19, Dawn Lubahn started as the 4-H program coordinator at the Extension office in Wabasha County. Dawn is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, where she received a B.S. in agriculture education. She was also an active member in 4-H for 10 years in Houston County, Minnesota. Dawn's previous work experience includes being a high school agriculture teacher, a FFA advisor and a program coordinator for a Big Brother Big Sister program in Montana.
