The Extension Regional Office in Worthington has recently installed a new voice over internet protocol (VoIP) phone system. This system is part of a larger Extension IT effort to increase bandwidth, connectivity and functionality in our regional offices. Another benefit of VoIP is that it reduces communication and infrastructure costs.
Wilmar, Crookston and Worthington are all using VOIP systems. Extension IT will continue to monitor office network speeds to determine which offices will accommodate moving to VoIP.
The main number for Worthington will remain the same and is listed on the Extension website. The only change is that this number is now listed as the contact number for all staff members in the Worthington Regional Office. You will reach an auto attendant and can search by name or four-digit extension.
