Get a healthy start to the new year! Take 20 minutes out of your
scheduled work day to complete the University's wellness assessment, an online questionnaire
that gauges your current health status. When you complete the assessment by
February 28, you can earn 100 wellness points. That's a real jump start on
accumulating the number of points you will need to qualify for a $300 or $400
reduction in your 2014 UPlan Medical Program rates.
Have you already taken the
assessment? Then learn about other health-promoting activities which enable you to earn additional
wellness points. The wellness points you and your spouse/partner earn between
now and August 31, 2013, will automatically be recorded and tracked for you by
StayWell Health Management, the Twin Cities-based independent, third party
administrator for the University's Wellness Points Bank Initiative.
