Temporary Student position U.S. Geological Survey February 2009

Description of Services: Provide GIS, data base, modeling, and research support for regional and national hydrologic programs.

Level of Knowledge or Skills: Prospective applicants should have knowledge of basic GIS principles, and GIS Software such as ArcMap, Arc/Info, Map Server or ArcIMS. Students with experience in engineering, computer science, hydrology, cartography, html, programming and statistics are encouraged to apply.

Working Conditions: general office setting.
Compensation
Compensation is commensurate with the level of education
