Mission Statement
The ultimate goal of the Child Language Intervention Lab is to significantly improve the effectiveness and efficiency of language interventions for children with language impairment including children with intellectual disabilities. To this end, research projects in the lab focus on identifying the specific intervention techniques that lead to the most meaningful gains in language development and determining the child characteristics that are most critical to treatment outcomes.
