The Dirty Saloon

Thursday night I rented some movies.

Hide and Seek: This movie was ok, it would probably have been better had I not watched it with Dad and the girlfriend...They were both mocking the movie the entire time.

Closer: Great movie, loved it!! There were a few things I didn't understand, but I am thinking that perhaps this is the way it was supposed to be...Nobody really knows why we do the things we do.

White Noise: This movie was not bad, but I have for sure seen better movies.

Friday night I was invited to go out for some drinks with Jenny and Josh. That was a lot of fun. Originally we were going to attend the Basillica, however we all forgot that you had to pay to get in. So we went to the Rock Bottom to have some home brewed beer. The beer was great, our server was not. He was rude to us from the moment we sat down. We did leave him an alright tip, however there were some two dollar bills as well as dollar coins in there somewhere.

After Rock Bottom we went to the Saloon...Yes I ventured back into the Slut Bar of Minneapolis. I have not been there in about a year I think, it was just as I remembered it. I still had fun though because I got a little tipsy. I made the mistake of trying to take a shot of Cuervo, which did not sit well in my tummy.

I saw some things at the Saloon that I have not seen in a really long time...One was William...I was thrilled :-( Will was a friend of mine from back in High School, but Will would always "forget" to call me back when we were supposed to hang out. I think it might have been around New Years he acknowledged this and said that I must be a really good friend because no matter how many times he did that I was still willing to be his friend. Then he apologized for being so shitty and told me that he would call me soon; he never did. I have been upset about ever since...It's not the fact that he did it again, I fully expected him to do it again...Its the fact that he acknowledge that it was shitty of him to do that, and then he did it again.

Anyways when we saw him at the Saloon, his exact words to me were, "You know I FINALLY erased your number from my cellphone because I didn't think I was ever going to see you again." Like an idot I gave him my phone number again.

Other things I saw; an attractive guy! His name was Chris; here is how I opened the conversation.
"Who is that on your shirt?"
"Where?" he asked
"Right there silly," I said playfully poking his sholder where there was a picture of a man's face. "Is that Jesus or Bob Marley?" I asked.
"Oh I dunno" he said. Then I pretended to read his shirt, but it was really a lame attempt to check out his hot body up close. After awhile of that we got to talking, he told me his name was Chris and that he owned his own IT company, but knows nothing about IT...I thought that was wierd.

The last thing I saw shocked the shit out of me. I knew that on Friday nights they had boys dancing in little thong underwares, however I got the shock of my life when I noticed that some of these boys were taking the thongs off while they were in the shower! I have not seen anyone elses penis is a long time...I was experiencing a cross between being incredibly grossed out, and curious.

At the end of the night some ugly cowboy tried to get in a fight with Jenny and called her fat or something. I responded by saying, hey lets be nice now...There is no need for shit like that. He told me, "Shut up fagot!" I was like "Dude, you just came out of the Saloon! What does that make you!"

Saturday I sat around the house and watched my movies.

Sunday I sat around the house, tried to do a bit of homework, and then I went to Katie and Tony's house where we watched this show, Moving Up. It was a pretty interesting reality show. Then we ordered a pizza and watched the Bourne Identity because I have never seen it before, and I think Matt Damon is pretty cute.
