There are multiple things that I think that I could learn from this class. Some areas that I am very unfamiliar with are UML diagrams and Regular Expressions. My previous experience in the Computer Science field is a two year program at Anoka Ramsey Community College. While there, I learned the fundamentals of programming in C++. I also took a course in Java and Python, which covered introductory to intermediate topics. That's why these advanced topics have not been introduced to me yet, and I look forward to learning.

One topic that I feel that I have a good handle on is writing comments. My instructor from Anoka Ramsey stressed the need from day one to write very informative comments, and would grade accordingly. I know to keep commenting as I write code, and not to add it all at the end.
