Kansas State takes over top spot in BCS

Kansas State is the newest number one team in the country, according to Sunday's BCS rankings.
The Wildcats overtook Alabama following the Crimson Tide's 29-24 loss to Texas A&M Sunday, SBNation Denver reported. Alabama fell to fourth in the rankings.
Oregon is now second in the rankings, which, barring a loss from either the Ducks or the Wildcats, are not expected to change.
"These teams are in their order and the only way that order changes is if somebody gets beat," said Jerry Palm, of CBS Sports and collegebcs.com, the Associated Press said.
