A leader should have presence when interacting with his group. Week 10

Kyle, D. T. (1998). "The sovereign: The power of presence." The Four Powers of Leadership: Presence, intention, wisdom, compassion (pp. 159 - 191). Deerfield Beach, FL: Health Communications Inc.

- "Presence is one of the most critical powers that a leader can exercise. With Presence comes the perfect blending of both positional power and personal power."

I change my leadership definition because i believe the main thing a leader should have that makes him successful is presence because presences brings power.

Komives, S. R., Lucas, N., & McMahon, T. R. (1998). "Interacting in Teams and Groups." Exploring Leadership:
the most effective way to make the best decisions.

This article shows that group cohesion is important in moving forward in group participation.

Put their egos aside for the team. When I imagine a leader, I see a person who can inspire others to do good in society, help others and inspire other to do the same, and always give more than they take. A leader has to be humble and see everybody's opinion in different view points. A leader is a person who also wants there team to succeed.
