2007 Country Reports on Human Rights Practices

This is an annual report regarding the status of internationally recognized human rights in countries that receive assistance from the United States and/or are members of the United Nations, plus additional countries as deemed relevant by the Department of State.

This year's publication was released with a video statement from Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.
