Global Notes is the community forum for the Humphrey School's global policy area, including the affiliated Freeman Center for International Economic Policy and the University of Minnesota Master of Development Practice (MDP). The purpose of the blog is to open communication between and among our students, alumni, faculty, staff and the larger community interested in the policy aspects of global politics and international economics studied at the Humphrey School.
