In 2010 Talent for Governance will provide a limited amount of scholarships to young, talented and motivated civil servants, working for local governments in developing countries and Eastern European (non-EU) countries.
The Talent for Governance scholarship programme contains at least the following activities:
1. Training course at The Hague Academy for Local Governance (either 'Local Economic Development (14-18 June)' or 'Local Service Delivery' ( 6-17 September)
2. Week-long internship at a Dutch Municipality
3. Talent for Governance Network event
