It's been nearly three months since Port-au-Prince, Haiti was devasted by an earthquake, but the situation on the ground continues to pose serious threats to human safety and the need for relief is as great as ever.
Even though Haiti may have slipped off the front pages of newspapers, it should still be a pressing concern for our community. Come to the next Humphrey Students for Haiti meeting to learn about volunteering events we are planning, to discuss the current situation, and to think about ways in which the Humphrey Institute can have a long-term role working with the people of Haiti to rebuild.
We hope to see you there!
