AECOM seeks qualified Mid- and Senior Level International Development professionals for anticipated programs funded by the USAID Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI). OTI supports U.S. foreign policy objectives by helping local partners advance peace and democracy in priority countries in crisis. Seizing critical windows of opportunity, OTI works on the ground to provide fast, flexible, short-term assistance targeting the fundamentals of post conflict and post disaster recovery, stabilization, and political transition. Programming could be necessary in countries located in a variety of regions, including but not limited to: Africa, Central Asia, North Asia, South Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean, and the Middle East.
