On 21-22 September, the Center for Technology and National Security Policy of National Defense University and Argonne National Laboratory are co-sponsoring a conference entitled Integrative Systems Approaches to 21st Century National Security. The conference will bring the best minds together to focus on national security as a complex system made up of interrelated organizational structures and processes, dynamic and flexible human capital, and integrative science and technology; all which require reform for a better exchange of knowledge and interagency performance.
