Kevin Hartigan, Catholic Relief Services, US Aid Policy in Afghanistan & Pakistan

Next Monday, November 15, the Minnesota International Relations Colloquium will host Kevin Hartigan, Regional Director for Asia for Catholic Relief Services (CRS). Kevin will give a presentation titled "Aid Policy in Afghanistan and Pakistan as Seen by US NGOs on the Ground."

Kevin Hartigan is the Regional Director for Asia for Catholic Relief Services (CRS). Based in Islamabad, he oversees more than 1,000 staff implementing relief and development programs in 21 countries. Kevin has been with the CRS for 20 years, and has been posted in the DRC, Angola, Cameroon and Haiti. He has a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Minnesota and an M.A. in Political Science from Stanford.
