We are pleased to inform you that MGIMO-University offers an International Summer School in 2011.
The Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO-University) offers a Summer school for international students aiming to provide foreign students with a comprehensive picture of contemporary Russian politics, institutions and processes as well as international energy policy. The courses are taught by the internationally-renowned MGIMO professors. Students will also have a unique chance to learn and practice the Russian language.
By the end of the program, students will possess a unique in-depth knowledge of current Russian politics, economy and social life and the unforgettable cultural experience will allow them to construct their own vision of Russia.
MGIMO International Summer School 2011 offers lectures and classes in three terms:
· Term I : May 30 - June 17
· Term II : June 20 - July 8
· Term III: July 11 - July 29
Student may choose one or more terms.
Each term includes:
· One major course - 30 contact hours with final written exam, 4 ECTS credits;
· One optional course - 16 contact hours, no exam, 1ECTS credit;
· One Russian language course - 30 contact hours, 2 ECTS credits.
Requirements for participans: undergraduate and graduate students. The number of person in one group - 10-20.
Registration Deadline: April 15, 2011
Term Fees: EUR 2.000,- (EUR 1.700 without Russian language course).
This is to cover tuition and application fees, accommodation, service and most part of the culture and leisure time programme.
