MPP student Mary Small awarded COGS travel grant to Bogotá

Congratulations to Mary Small for winning a 2011 University of Minnesota Council of Graduate Students Travel Award. Mary will conduct research for her professional paper in Bogotá Colombia on the topic of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs).
