Once considered a "revolutionary drink," coffee affects and connects us--culturally, economically and ecologically. Opening August 27 at the Bell Museum on the University of Minnesota's East Bank, "Coffee: The World in Your Cup" will take visitors on a journey from first seed to final sip, discovering all things related to coffee, including our own role in the coffee industry. With over 500 coffee shops in Minnesota, the state's residents are part of a growing community of coffee, that can leave a big impact on our surroundings.
