Host an international nonprofit leader at your organization

Atlas Corps is an international network of nonprofit leaders and organizations that promotes innovation, cooperation, and solutions to address the world's 21st century challenges. We are recruiting both individuals and organizations for two great opportunities. Could you please spread the word to your group?

Apply to host an international nonprofit leader at your organization!

Atlas Corps seeks organizations located in the United States to host nonprofit leaders from overseas in a 12 to 18 month professional fellowship starting in March 2012. All Atlas Corps Fellows have a bachelor's or master's degree, 2-10 years of experience, and are fluent in English. Host Organizations provide a cost share that supports 70% of the overall Fellow expenses, while Atlas Corps handles all logistics, including travel, J-1 visa, health care, living stipend, and orientation.

Host Organizations focus on a variety of issues and utilize Fellows as an innovative and cost-effective means to build capacity, diversify team, and extend international outreach of their work. Atlas Corps generally partners with nonprofit organizations, though this opportunity is also open to socially responsible corporations and government agencies. Other Host Organizations include Ashoka, GlobalGiving, Grameen Foundation, Oxfam, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, UN Foundation, U.S. Peace Corps, and WWF. Join the growing Atlas Corps network of more than 50 Host Organizations. Application information available at http://www.atlascorps.org/apply-to-host.php.
