We've been having issues with Feedburner on Global Notes. If you are not receiving emails from Global Notes, please review your spam folder. If not there, then you may need to subscribe again.
To subscribe, go to http://blog.lib.umn.edu/gpa/globalnotes/ using Internet Explorer search engine (Firefox or Google Chrome may not work) and click on Subscribe by Email in the right bottom column, under Newsfeed. Follow the Feedburner instructions.
