"My title is International Development Project Coordinator. We do health work in Uganda, the main component is facilitating the development of health cooperatives.
My role is quite diverse - it includes supporting our team in Uganda (we hire local staff only) with writing reports, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, etc. On our side, I review financial accountabilities; work on grant proposals and budgets; act as our partnership development person; and more."
