Decoding Data: Framing
How will you use data to create change that improves the quality of life of poor or vulnerable communities in cities?
We are searching for better ways to address urban challenges through the application of data. With the noisy universe of data out there, how will you focus on what's most useful and actionable for urban leaders, policy makers, civil society organizations or urban residents?
