Description: This workshop seeks student input into the shape of the Humphrey School's global policy agenda over the years to come. Participants will brainstorm about global policy teaching goals and methods at Humphrey; conduct surveys to help determine faculty and student interests; interview faculty members about their areas of expertise; provide materials for a new global policy website at HHH; test drive on-line introductory learning modules; and help build a new global policy course, including the on-line participation of graduate students in Mexico and Israel.
Class time: 50% group brainstorming; 30% small group activities; 20% student presentations.
Work Load: Flexible. About 90 pages of reading per week.
Grade: 50% participation; 50% group presentations.
