We thought that you might like to know about our latest project that has grown out of our Doctors S.H.A.R.E. service learning program at the Skyline Tower.
Upon considering the success of the activities (health screenings and educational sessions) that we offer to the residents of the Skyline Tower, we decided to expand and create a specialty clinic tailored to serve the Hajj pilgrimage travelers.
With the support and collaboration of HealthPartners, we are all set to offer three separate Hajj Travel Clinics.
Location: HealthPartners Riverside Clinic
2220 Riverside Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN
Date/Time: Monday, 7/30/2012 10am-7pm
Saturday, 8/25/2012 9am-Noon
Monday, 8/27/2012 10am-6:30pm
Please feel free to send us patient referrals or networking/program development resources as we would love to become a valuable resource to our local community traveling for the Hajj.
