Jody Gray, Cheyenne River Lakota Tribe

Jody Gray is the Diversity Outreach Librarian at the University of Minnesota. She began working at the University of Minnesota Libraries in 2003 as a Resident and became the Diversity Outreach Librarian in 2005. Over the past 6 years she has worked with the U of M Libraries, the Multicultural Center for Academic Excellence and the larger Office for Equity and Diversity to build a program in the libraries.

This site is a resource for other librarians and library staff who are creating a diversity programs within their libraries to provide direction on how to begin. Input from users is always encouraged while building this online community.
