Hello, welcome to my blog. I personally believe that a leader is someone who holds specific characteristics that allows them to take charge in any given situation while still holding a calm demeanor in which others believe they want to follow that given person's instructions. I do not believe that it is easy for one to become a leader, instead, one must develop this given skill over time. With time there is practice, and as most have heard, "practice makes perfect." That is exactly what I intend to aim for in becoming a leader.
