Chinese giant pandas arrive in Edinburgh

Similar to that of international superstars, two twin pandas named Tian Tian and Yang Chuang arrived in Scotland Sunday to cheering crowds and celebratory bag pipes, reports The Guardian.

The pandas landed in their personal Boeing 777 airliner, complete with a large panda decal on the side of the plan and a personal menu including bamboo, apples, carrots and specially prepared "panda cake."

The twin pandas names translate to Sweetie and Sunshine. Their arrival and plane can be seen here.
