Multiple Choice

I made a friend pick between reading my blog and giving me his grill. Now I've got a charcoal weber sitting on my back stoop and I don't really know what to do with it. I'd love to make perfect burgers, but betting odds favor:

Yay for GB having a grillfriend! We were all a little concerned.

Tip: Eschew the lighting fluid in favor of the newspaper-fed chimney device. Works a treat, and does not infuse your perfect burgers with fossil fuel derived hydrocarbons.
