Baked on Christmas

my break has been an exploration of culinary treats.... we have fresh spritz, gingersnaps and fudge... with the cookie count expected to double today, despite severe casualties.

while preparing a shopping list with my dad, he said: "we need sugar, eggs, baking soda.... and.... and.... shoot, what was that.... a baking essential.... very important.... oh, yeah ice-cream."

believe it or not, i am the conquistador introducing the idea of fruits and veggies to this sugar-based culture.... and if everyone catches small pocks, so i need to finish off the cookies... eh...
