everything was so old it made me feel like i was in europe.

the weather didn't cooperate (we only had one day of poofy clouds, which i adore)... so you have to do the best with what you have. there's some related story about lemons, but it's not the one where a car dies every week.

my favorite sight from savannah. i think this pumpkin colored house summarizes savannah perfectly. weed house: savannah :: brooklyn bridge: new york.

What else do you do while you were in Savannah?

took a city tour on a trolley in the rain... walked along the beach (70 degree weather)... watched fireworks over the ocean on new years... toured "fort pulaski", a civil war fort whose destruction changed history (due to advancements of canon technology.... the war canons, not the cameras)... went to an art museum... and just walked around all the beautiful historic homes...

Generation Bob adores poofy clouds.
In case anyone missed that part.
PS. sweet new blog format, GB. Real fancy, I mean poofy.
