Well, we've got our Writing Studies P&A selves a blog for purposes of discussing (surprise, surprise) P&A issues in our newly formed department. There are three topics that come to mind right now:
Merit review & promotion issues
Constitution
Pay scale concerns
There are categories for each of these, and more categories/issues can easily be added.
The purpose of this blog is ease of communication and tracking of our discussion without cluttering our inboxes. Posts here are not private, however, so if you have something of that nature to discuss, please revert to the P&A email route.
