Leadership can be defined as many things. Like the definition, stating that leadership is the act of leading a group of people or an organization. I believe that leadership goes much deeper than that. I think it becomes a great connection between the group, the leader and followers, and creates a common bond due to a common interest. Leadership can spread wonderful ideas to people and create a positive influence on society.
