A popular web-based citation manager is Zotero.  It is a free Firefox extension that you can download from the Zotero site.

The Libraries offer workshops to orient current students, faculty, and staff to using Zotero.  You can sign up for an in-person workshop or link into the Introduction to Zotero workshop on Moodle.

These tools are aimed at helping you organize your academic materials and notes, and generate bibliographies as needed.  They can save you time one you understand how they work!

JSTOR is an interdisciplinary e-journal archive.  Since it is an archive, the most recently published issues (past 3-5 years) are not available from JSTOR.  New issues are added to the archive each year.

For the most recent years of a journal that are not in JSTOR, search our U of M Libraries e-journal page and then link into the journal with FindIt! 

If we don't have access to the recent years, currently U of M library users can request copies of articles of interest from Interlibrary Loan.

Assessing Writing

Child Indicators Research
