Blog Post 2- Project Runway, The Millionaire Matchmaker, Make Me A Supermodel

Project Runway. Project Runway "The Reunion" is a reality show and it aired on Wednesday at 9pm. What I like about the show is that each of the designers are unique in the own way and very different from each other. I also like the challenges that are presented to them and it's fun to see how each of them handles them. I also like Tim Gun "Make it work" and I have a few favorite designer contestants. It's a good show to watch half-hazardly while doing something else. What I don't like about the show is some of the drama that occurrs between the contestants, but of course a lot of reality television is portrayed that way. I wasn't too into the "reunion" part of the show because of course all the material came from the previous shows that had aired. I think they mostly have the "reunions" so that they can stir up drama all over again between the contestants.

The Millionaire Matchmaker. The Millionaire Matchmaker shows re-runs during the day so the show I watched aired at 3 pm. The parts of the show I do like is seeing the millionaires trying to interact with their possible future dates/wives. It's kind of like a little social experiment and it's fun to see how people act with one another when putting into a setting that isn't very normal to real life, although it is a reality show. The parts that I disliked about the show is the fact that they are so scrutinizing over the women in the show and only a little bit towards the men. Patti bothers me period because of the comments she makes which are mainly directed towards the other women and yet she doesn't fulfill the requirements either.

Make Me a Supermodel. The re-runs of the show air during the day at 4 pm on Bravo tv. What I like about the show are the challenges that the contestants go through. This week the focus was on art. It was fun to watch the photo shoots that took place. I also like to see the relationships that develope between the contestants. What I dislike is that they are very critcal of the models. A lot of drama develops between the contestants and that can be annoying.
