What did I take away from this class? I learned that feminists are not just those women who are completely for women and against men. Feminism is not a negative thing and in fact quite a positive quality to have. This class has made me look at the things I watch and listen to in a different way. I now watch and can see how the women are treated in the shows or movies I watch. I pay attention to the music I listen to as well. I have enjoyed being in this class and have learned a lot about my self. I will take away much knowledge about feminisim and will feel free to share with those around me that it is not bad to be a feminist.
