Audience for Bilingual Education Paper
I am writing my final paper in attempts to persuade government officials in California to create a plan that will make Bilingual Education available within the state. I am writing to these people, but also to parents of California school age children. Once the government is persuaded that these programs will benefit the state, there must be a demand from the student population. So, I am writing to get the planning started and also to convince parents of both Spanish as a first language and English as a first language students that this type of education is best.
