Writing to Inform, Convince, and Persuade: Rhetoric 1101 Section 7

my audience is the hmong community, local politicians, and voters in st. paul. i chose them because only from within a small community can i bring everyone together on this issue and hopefully make a big difference throughout the country. i believe that individuals in the hmong community can get in contact with the people that they know, and from doing so they can reach local politicians through votes. as one individual i can't do much, but together we can achieve more.
