Writing to Inform, Convince, and Persuade: Rhetoric 1101 Section 7

The audience that i will be tageting in this paper will be the driving population of minnesota. I alos plan on targeting the future drivers mainly the age of 15, the age that will bne in driver's training. Police and also people involved in the government can also be targeted in this paper. I chose these people for my audience because i feel they are important. The people of driving age should be awayre of what can happen if they become distracted by driving with a cell phone. I also chose the police and the government officials because they can do something about this issue. Future drivers should be aware of this issue so they cannot make a mistake by useing the cell phine while driving. I believe the police and the government officials would approve of this paper because they would probably want to do anything too help prevent injusry oif loss of life. Parents of future or current drivers would approve of this paper because they want to make sure their kids are safe while driving. Future drivers might not loike it if they drive and talk with a cell phone but they must know that they could be saving their life and others by not being distracted by talking on the cell phone while driving.
