Keselowski wins Sprint Cup after eventful race

According to the Washington Post and the Seattle Times, Brad Keselowski passed Jimmie Johnson in the second to last race of the season at the Sprint Cup in Arizona.

Johnson's tire blew out and caused him to crash and finish 32nd.

Keselowski wasn't in a celebratory mood after the crash. "I thought it was absolutely ridiculous, and I was ashamed to be a part of it," Keselowski said

Cities in U.S. becoming ports for Mexican drug cartel

According to the Washington Post and the Huffington Post, U.S. cities are becoming ports to Mexican drug cartels.

Little Village in Chicago is a big hub to very potent drugs made in Mexico, such as heroine and meth. It counts for as much as 80 percent of the drugs in the U.S. and is about 90 percent potent.

The drugs have become much more potent than in the past, and the cost has dropped a significant amount. Although the amount of drugs coming in from Mexico has increased, the amount produced in the U.S. is not decreasing, and is actually becoming more of a problem.

Woman shot in Eagan during road rage case

According to the Star Tribune, a woman was shot and the shooter is on the loose as of early Sunday morning.

The woman was sitting in the passenger seat of the car on the lap of another person with her back against the window. A bullet went through her right shoulder and is not considered life threatening, according to Police.

There were 8 people total in the Jetta and the driver was intoxicated and got his second DUI, according to the Pioneer Press.

Gopher football coach Jerry Kill suffers another seizure

According to the Star Tribune, Minnesota Gopher football coach, Jerry Kill, suffered seizure on Saturday following the Gopher football game at TCF Bank stadium.

The seizure happened less than an hour after the Gopher football team lost, and Kill was still at the stadium in his private locker room. He was released from the hospital on Sunday.

Kill suffered from a seizure 13 months ago, also at a Gopher football game, but according to defensive coordinator Tracey Claeys.
