Bingo! Yes - this is punting on the River Cam, just behind Kings College, Cambridge. I was there in October 2003 when I was on sabbatical working with Beth Neil at UEA, Norwich. I attended Choral Evensong that afternoon and had to keep pinching myself that I was really there.
