Brosnan accepts job with the Minnesota Land Trust

John Brosnan (MPA '11) joined the Minnesota Land Trust (MLT) in January 2012 as a project manager responsible for implementing conservation projects that lead to the protection of sensitive shoreline habitats in the heart of Minnesota's premier lake country of Aitkin, Cass, and Crow Wing counties. Brosnan works closely with other MLT staff, landowners, and project partners, including the Leech Lake Area Watershed Foundation, to advance conservation in this part of the state. He has more than 13 years of experience in conservation work, specifically in comprehensive and regional planning, stakeholder engagement, land protection, and program management. Brosnan spent five years as the Baylands program manager for the Sonoma Land Trust. Prior to that, he served as program coordinator for the San Francisco Bay Area Wetlands Restoration Program. He can be contacted at johnbrosnan@minnesotalandtrust.org.
