Paul Fate.jpgOn January 22, 2014, Paul Fate (MPlan '89) announced his retirement after seven years as CEO of CommonBond Communities. Paul has over 35 years in the field of housing and community development and will continue to lead the organization until his successor is named.

"CommonBond has never been stronger and is poised to take the next significant step forward in the years to come," Mr. Fate said. "Over the past seven years we have developed a great executive leadership team and board of directors that have focused on our mission to build stable homes, strong futures, and vibrant communities. Together with our many partners and supporters, we have taken the organization to another level of impact and productivity.
