NEWS: Norway to explain consul change

In this preview, the Grand Forks Herald talks about an upcoming visit to the Humphrey Institute by the Norwegian Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Norway’s foreign minister will be in Minneapolis later this month to explain why his country is downgrading its Midwest consulate general to honorary status this summer.

Jonas Gahr Store, who in December announced that former Vice President Walter Mondale would become honorary consul in a restructured Minneapolis consulate, will speak at 6 p.m. March 26 at the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute.
