We remember LeClair G. Lambert
The Humphrey Institute recently learned of the passing of LeClair G. Lambert, retired director of the Minnesota House of Representatives Public Information Services Office. LeClair was a dedicated public servant who was committed to the educational outreach mission of the International Fellowship Programs. He worked closely with many people at the Humphrey Institute, and he will be missed.
