Saint Paul-itics series will feature Harry Boyte
Senior Fellow Harry Boyte will talk about his new book, The Citizen Solution, at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, August 5, at the Highland Park Library, 1974 Ford Parkway in St. Paul. His lecture is part of the libraries' Saint Paul-itics series, free programming designed to increase awareness about local and national issues and encourage civic involvement.
